I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. Today in between work, my boys hanging out together (one around for dinner), and everything else, I managed a layout. I haven’t scrapped for quite a while and it was sooo much fun to get something created. As I now have another ‘P’ Plater I wanted to scrap the photo I took of JJ when he got his licence Monday. I am a proud mum!
This was a Stash Buster Challenge that I joined in with this month, over @ our FB group Home & Scrapped. You had to use Chipboard on your layout and I didn’t have as much as I thought lol! I used Chocolate Chip 12×12 cs and tore a piece of retired 12×12 DSP to go on the top. I mucked around with Glassine paper which I scrunched up, tags, washi tape, die cuts, stamping, distressing and some burlap for layers and texture. Everything was from my scrap stash and over 12 months old. It was great to ‘go shopping’ in my stash and create a page with my supplies 🙂 I think I will be doing a bit more stash busting as it was amazing what great scrap supplies I had hiding 🙂
